Almovya works exclusively for you. The itinerary is born from your conversation and designed from scratch; only then do we contract in the market what it calls for: the aircraft, the vessel, the residence, the table. We choose every operator in full freedom, on merit and for what serves your journey.

In two parts, both in plain sight. A planning fee, fixed and agreed before we start, which pays for designing the itinerary. And a brokerage commission on what we contract on your behalf, shown next to the operator's own price. You always receive the account in full detail.

What budget do you work from?

Every journey has its own measure. A week in the Douro with private aviation and a three-week Mediterranean crossing are different worlds. In the first conversation we tell you frankly what is possible with the figure you have in mind.

Can you handle only the aircraft, or only the vessel?

Yes, gladly. Brokering stands on its own. Many clients arrive with the itinerary settled and entrust us with negotiating the aircraft, vetting the operator and reviewing the contract. We do that part, and the door stays open for the rest.

How far ahead should I contact you?

Ninety days before departure is comfortable for routes involving a vessel or a residence, the most sought after. Private aviation and tables resolve in far less time. More notice brings more choice; and, when needed, we have built journeys in nine days.

What if plans change mid-journey?

You have a direct line, 24 hours a day, to the same person who planned the trip. Every dossier carries written alternatives for the usual surprises: the weather, a delay, a house that closes. If the plan must change, it changes with you, and the journey continues.
