These terms govern the use of almovya.com. The services Almovya provides (travel planning and brokering) are governed by a separate written contract. Nothing is contracted on this page.

What this site is
A presentation of Almovya's work and a way to reach us. The information published here is informational and does not constitute a contractual proposal or a binding offer.
Nothing can be booked, bought or paid for through this site. There is no client area, no basket and no payment processing.
The contact request
Sending the form creates no obligation: neither for you nor for us. It books nothing, reserves nothing and costs nothing. It is the start of a conversation.
You undertake to provide truthful information and not to use the form for unlawful, promotional or abusive purposes. We reserve the right not to reply to enquiries unrelated to our work.
The services we provide
Itinerary planning and brokering of aircraft, vessels, residences and other services are the subject of a separate written contract, entered into after the conversation and proposal stage. That contract, not this page, sets out prices, deadlines, cancellation terms and liabilities.
Where Almovya acts as an intermediary, the service is delivered by the contracted operator (airline, owner, proprietor, restaurant) and is governed by that operator's conditions, which are made known to you before any payment.
The itinerary examples published on this site, including the dossier excerpt, are illustrative. Times, coordinates and descriptions are there to show the level of detail of our work and do not represent a journey available for booking.
Intellectual property
The text, visual identity, the Almovya name and the structure of this site belong to Almovya. They may not be copied, reproduced or adapted without written permission.
The photographs in use are licensed under the Pexels licence and are not owned by Almovya. The typefaces (Instrument Serif, Archivo and IBM Plex Mono) are distributed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
Accuracy of information
We do what we can to keep this information correct and current, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors or omissions. The availability of aircraft, vessels, residences and tables changes constantly, and nothing published here should be taken as confirmation of availability or price.
Limitation of liability
Almovya is not liable for loss arising from the temporary unavailability of the site, from transmission errors, or from decisions taken solely on the basis of information published here without first contacting us.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that Portuguese law does not permit to be excluded or limited, in particular in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Where this site links to third-party pages, it does so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not answerable for their content or their privacy practices.
Privacy
How we handle the data you send us is set out in the privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
Complaints
If you have cause for complaint, tell us first: almost everything is resolved by telephone. You also have the Portuguese electronic Complaints Book available at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
For consumer disputes, you may turn to the competent alternative dispute resolution body: [name and website of the ADR body the company is bound to].
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute falls to the courts of the district of Porto, with express waiver of any other, save where the law imposes a different forum, notably in consumer relationships, where the statutory rules on jurisdiction apply.
Changes
These terms may change. The version in force is always the one published on this page, bearing the date shown at the top.
Note for whoever publishes this site. The fields marked in orange are still unfilled. The RNAVT number and the identification of the ADR body are legal requirements for anyone operating as a travel and tourism agency in Portugal. This text is a serious starting point, not legal advice: have a lawyer review it, particularly on how the brokering activity is classified and on Decree-Law 17/2018.
